What should I bring to my eye appointment?
To help us provide the best care possible, please bring a valid health card
If you have a Botox appointment, please bring your prescribed injection with you to the clinic. We do not dispense the medication on-site.
Can I drive after my appointment?
If your eyes are dilated, we recommend not driving immediately after. Please arrange for transportation or give yourself time to recover before driving.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
Yes, we are a referral-based clinic. Please speak with your family doctor or optometrist to arrange a referral before scheduling an appointment.
Do you offer language support?
If you do not speak English fluently, we recommend bringing a translator or support person to help with communication during your visit.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment lengths can vary, please allocate between 1 to 2 hours for your appointment, depending on the type of assessment or treatment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to another patient. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.
