Please reschedule your appointment if within the last 14 days you or a household member has travelled outside of Canada, has experienced flu-like symptoms, been in contact with a suspected, probable or confirmed case of Covid-19, been diagnosed with Covid-19 or waiting for a lab test for Covid-19.

 

Carrot Eye Surgery Clinic is  now open again to all patients for clinic and in-office procedures. We will still continue to do certain appointments through telemedicine. All elective surgeries at the hospital are cancelled until further notice.

 

Please be patient as there is a high call volume due to the large number of patients to reschedule. Do not walk-in, we would prefer if you would call or email the clinic. We are checking our voicemail and email on a regular basis, so you can still call us and leave a message or send an email to: clients@carroteye.com

 

How to prepare for your appointment:

 

-You MUST wear a mask and or face covering

-Limited seats in the waiting room (Drivers remain in their vehicle)  

-Please come at your appointment time and not earlier

-Only bring someone with you if needed for translation or assistance

-No gloves to be worn inside of the clinic

-Patents must use the hand sanitizer provided or wash your hands upon entry

-You may be asked to check-in and go back to your vehicle

 

*we have a limited supply of face mask for patient’s if needed at a nominal price*

 

Our staff and doctor’s regularly wash their hands and we have increased our frequency of wiping down the clinic, especially any frequently touched areas. The waiting room, door handles, exam lanes and front desk are wiped down and sanitized.
